Pumpkin Face Mask.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 tbsp pumpkin (cooked, cooled and pureed)
1 tbsp finely ground oatmeal
1 tsp your favourite oil (we love pumpkin seed, hemp seed or jojoba)
A pinch of turmeric

HOW TO USE:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Gently apply the mixture all over your face (avoiding the delicate eye area). Relax and leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes, then using a soft, damp, lukewarm washcloth, remove the mask using gentle circular motions, then apply your favourite facial oil/balm while your skin is still damp.

Pumpkin Body Scrub.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 tbsp pumpkin (cooked, cooled and pureed)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp your favourite oil (we like sweet almond, safflower or jojoba)
Optional: add a pinch of your favourite spice (ginger works well) or a couple of drops of your favourite essential oil(s)

HOW TO USE:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Gently massage the mixture over the skin in small circular motions, paying particular attention to areas such as elbows, knees and heels that may need a little extra exfoliation. Rinse off using warm water, then apply your favourite body oil while skin is still damp.

Caution: this scrub can make your bath tub/shower slippery, so take care when using!

1/2 tsp soft brown sugar
1/4 tsp your favourite oil (we like coconut)
