The SACRAL chakra is the centre of our emotional, creative, and sexual energy; our passionate being - our feelings, emotions, expression of self, imagination, pleasures, sensuality, intimacy, and connection.

- Red Mandarin - calming and uplifting, brings about a joful and happy mood.
The Ritual
Shake, then roll oil over your lower abdomen, two inches below the navel, or your pulse points in a clockwise motion. Breathe aroma in deeply.
Can also be carried in your purse or pocket so that you may inhale the oil to help you stay emotionally grounded and connected to your feelings throughout the day.
Cautions
We recommend a skin patch test 24 hours before using. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Please consult your medical practitioner before using if pregnant.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Once opened best used within 12 months.
